At Arshmee Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If the size or fit isn’t right, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will give you a full refund or free replacement.

📹 Unboxing Video – Zaroor Banayein

Parcel kholte waqt ek uncut unboxing video zaroor banayein. Isse aapka exchange ya refund bina kisi problem ke jaldi ho jayega.

• Video bina cut ya pause ke ek hi baar mein ho – sealed parcel se shuru karein
• Parcel pe laga shipping label (naam aur order details) saaf dikhna chahiye
• Product ko sabhi taraf se dikhayein, tag ke saath

Note: Damaged, defective, wrong ya missing product ke claim ke liye unboxing video zaroori hai. Video ke bina aise claim accept nahi kiye ja sakenge.

7-Day Easy Exchange

Size ya fit sahi nahi aaya? Delivery ke 7 din ke andar exchange request karein. Exchange ke liye:

• Product unused, unwashed aur original condition mein ho
• Saare original tags aur packaging lage hon
• Exchange stock availability ke hisaab se hoga. Aapka size ya colour stock mein na ho to hum aapko doosra product chunne ka option denge

Return & Refund – Kab Milega?

Return aur refund sirf in cases mein milega:

• Product damaged ya defective mila ho
• Galat product, galat size ya galat colour mila ho
• Parcel mein product missing ho

Aise case mein delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar unboxing video ke saath humse contact karein. Hum aapki pasand se free replacement ya full refund denge.

Pasand na aane ya mann badalne par return nahi hota – lekin aap 7 din ke andar exchange kar sakte hain.

Exchange ya Return Request Kaise Karein

WhatsApp pe message karein ya support@arshmeefashion.com pe email karein. Saath mein bhejein: order number, exchange/return ka reason aur unboxing video. Hum aapko pickup ya courier ka process batayenge.

Refund Kaise Milega

Product wapas aane aur check hone ke baad approved refund 5–7 business days mein process hoga. Prepaid orders ka refund original payment method mein jayega. COD orders ka refund aapke bank account ya UPI mein bheja jayega.
